Living Carlton is a master planned, environmentally sustainable redevelopment, integrating both social and private housing. The redevelopment includes new public parks, a community garden and pedestrian and bicycle pathways. We worked on a variety of stages to develop three inner city sites in Carlton covering an area of 7.5 hectares. The redevelopment comprises 9 stages and, at completion, is envisaged to provide a total of 246 social housing apartments and more than 800 private apartments, a 160 bed aged care facility and approximately 180 independent living units with a total end value of $500 million.

Hacer where the head contractor for Stage 4 of the redevelopment, which  saw the construction, from vacant land, of two private apartment buildings and private townhouses, including associated open space and carparking. The buildings comprise a total of 82 private dwellings: 48 apartments in Building KN5, 29 apartments in building KN6, and 5 townhouses. The buildings share a common single-level basement with parking for 82 cars.

Watertite (originally as Ultratite) installed membranes to balconies, Roofs and Podium

The project was completed in October 2015.
